Quality

EAI is committed to providing clients with results that are accurate, reliable, and reported in a timely and professional manner. To accomplish this objective the personnel at EAI are dedicated to increasing and improving their skills and knowledge. The management and personnel at EAI strive to incorporate the latest technology and methodology available into the laboratory operation. This includes the automation of instrumentation, which increases the precision and accuracy of the analysis and also allows for 24-hour "round the clock" throughput of samples. By integrating committed personnel with advanced technology we are able to meet the schedules and quality which our clients request.

The EAI quality control program demonstrates that the analytical results obtained meet the quality needs of a project, and to provide the documentation necessary to adequately support the results. There are several components to a quality control program, which contribute to the demonstration that a procedure is in control. These components include; Method Detection Limits, Method Blank, Sample Duplicate, Matrix Spike/Matrix Spike Duplicate, Lab Control Sample, initial demonstration of capability, initial calibration verification, and other QC data elements which are method specific.

The objectives of our Quality Assurance and Quality Control program are that all analytical data produced by EAI is in compliance with our standard operating procedures and quality assurance manual, meets the requirement of certifying agencies and meets the requests of our clients.
